Good stuff. Best in Tulsa since the early 1900's.
You need to talk to them directly, this is a guide and opinion on sites
Atmosphere is everything to me.
The food here is quite amazing. On my last visit, I ordered an amazingly delicious cheeseburger with fries. However, their staple is their chili. The chili isn’t too terribly greasy and sticks to your ribs. The employees are quite friendly and are quite good at what they do. They’re willing and able to accommodate a large party, as well. If you’re in Tulsa or visiting, this is a must try!
I've been enjoying Ike's for fifty years. a plate of steaming three way chili was perfect today
Best chili in the world. One of a kind chili. It's double great with spaghetti, if you haven't had Ike's chili you have missed out on one of the worlds best experiences. See you there.
We've been loyal followers of Ike's for many years... yesterday was their over 100 years in Tulsa...it's great today as it has been over the years.
Always Good food. Clean restaurant and very nice waitress
Loved this place. Great service and great food.
Charming historic place. Came in for $1 beer and they gave me a chili sample. Pretty good! They say it is standing room only in the winter or when it gets rainy. Also there are plans for their chili being sold in supermarkets and their own craft beer is in the works. Be on the lookout. Friendly, good people here.
I've been going to Ike's since the 70's. It was good back then & still is today. Any time l want chili other than my own l go to Ike's.
This chili was not the Ikes chili that started in 1908 or what was even 5 yrs ago. Terrible we threw away $24.00!
Ike's is open for indoor dining. The info on Google is incorrect.
Mildly spiced chili. Tabasco, chili powder and pepper flakes on the table.
Really good simple chili! Ike's has been around for a very long time in Tulsa, if you have not been I would really recommend you give them a try. I had their special, it was a chili burrito. The burrito was huge, it was stuffed with a whole lot of goodness. I will definitely come back for that!
Historical location and restaurant. I was expecting some hardy chilli but was disappointed. Thin, not too heavy on the oil but for almost nine bucks for a pint size of chilli, I was wondering where's the meat? Nothing really stood out about this chilli. No distinctive taste to remember it by. Disappointing. I was hoping this would be better. Bummer. Service was aggressive, not warm and welcoming.
Great place to have chili just a good place to eat
My clients really enjoy eating here. Food was good
Chili and cheese on waffle fries is something I've been missing all my life and I just didn't know it.
This is THE best place in the world for chili. 111 year old recipe is the greatest and if you want to, you can add your own likins, such as cheese, onions and japalenos. A world of crackers to go with it. I cannot resist the 3-way special. On top of that the service is wonderful, Sonia, Brandy, Zach and Len are the absolute best. Great memories on the wall. Street construction may impeded your visit, but parking is in the back and try 10th if 11th is blocked. Its worth the trouble. I used to go a couple times a week when I worked downtown, but go when I can now. A Tulsa tradition not to be missed.
This is a amazing place to eat. This restaurant is part of our town history goes back to 1930's. The staff is friendly & keep the place clean. Check this place out & judge yourself.
Stopped in for a burger...Lynn gave me a sample of the chili...WOW! Better than Ron's hands-down 👍👍🤙👍This was just their $6.99 1/4 special with Jalapenos... well be back soon to try their FAMOUS 3- Way Chili. Thanks for the warm welcome Lynn and Staff. Very clean and friendly atmosphere!
It's the picture perfect diner. Long dining bar with an open view to the kitchen. Their menu is all built around the chili. Chili dogs, burgers, and even burritos are all available for you. The chili is rich and meaty. The cobbler was sweet and gooey. The inside is clean and bright. The staff is polite and helpful. Would definitely stop in on a cold day for a hot bowl.
It had been 45 years ago since I had eaten at Ike's when I use to work downtown as a young woman. And then had moved away from Tulsa. And it was as good as I remembered! Did not disappoint! I had the "special" (1 size up from "regular") and my companion had the "3 way" (chili with bean on top of spaghetti). Both were delicious!
If I need to explain anything about this place you haven't been there
I loved IKEs since I was a kid but lately there has not been the same grease level in the chili as when it was at their old.location. bring back the that classic flavor
Great atmosphere wonderful staff and the nastalgic decore. good way to start off a trip on the mother road route 66.
First experienced Ike's chili in 1974. It was a weekly lunch stop when we lived in Tulsa. Now any time we are in the area, a stop at Ike's is a must. We have even bought some to go for down the road. My wife even took some on a flight to Houston. Security here had no issues with Ike's chili.Honestly, if you don't like this chili, you don't appreciate a true chili. It is not to hot, properly spiced and downright yummy.
A bowl of blessedness!
This is where I was first introduced to three-way and Ikes when it was on Admiral and and Sheridan was excellent and the old man who did the cooking and everything else who has long passed since gone it was excellent. Now was it back then at that time will say healthy I don't know but dadgum it was good tasting and yes it did have a little bit of Grease floating on it but it was still great
Ike's has been around for ever. If you love chilli this is the place to go. You can add to what is served, spice it up or leave it mild. Love ike's
Always the best!! Best Chili, best Frito Chili Pies, best 3 Way Chili, and great Corn Dogs
This chili was horrible! Less grease comes out of Fonz hair. Not recommended... 👎👎👎👎
Drove up from Oklahoma city to sample some Ike's Chili. we were very happy we did! this is some really good not too mild not too spicy chili. And the manager, I believe his name is Lynn, is a super nice guy! You could eat this chilly many different ways. we just had it in a bowl with crackers and it was awesome! That's the true test of any chili in my opinion. Thank you so much for the hospitality and we will definitely be back!!
I had their Chili Cheese Coney and waffle fries. The waffle fries were delicious! Great service. Small town feel. Proud history. Great place to dine on old Route 66.
Always the best. I've been going to ikes since I was a young child
Loved this place! The chili had excellent flavor, I was seated right away, and the service was attentive, but not overwhelming. It reminded me of growing up in small town America and going to a local cafe and getting a good lunch or dinner. It had a very homey and comfortable atmosphere to it. I look forward to being able try some of their other chili dishes.
Incredible and great service.
Ike’s Chili is a old style traditional place. They obviously have chili but they also have burgers wraps and sandwiches and everything is delicious. Portions are big so come hungry. Prices are fair for what you get. Service is fast and friendly and even when they’re busy they get the food out quick. Give them a try if you’re looking for good old unhealthy but delicious food, but don’t mark them off if you’re eating healthier as they have great selections for the diet conscious as well. Daily lunch specials so ask what the days special is before you order and you might find a deal.
Nothing better on a cold day!
Excellent Chili! Great service, a little pricey, but worth it! Been going there for 35 plus years!! I like new location.
It was a great lunch! Great service. Just a great experiance!
The burger had good temperature and taste. Fries were so-so. For me, it's mostly about service. 15 minutes for a burger and fries (I was one of two customers) and seeing the server a second time only to get my check just doesn't ooze sttebtion to the customer.
Quick service in a true classic Route 66 joint. The chili is great and you just can't beat the Three-way. There are also some chicken offerings if beef isn't your choice. Plenty of parking around back and lots of tin signs and other memorabilia to entertain you.
Ike’s Chili is one of those unique places that really doesn’t remind you of another place. The skyline chili is flavorful and a perfect host for the bean, onion and mountains of cheese. It’s famous “3 way” is filling and more filling. Do not expect a bowl of the Texas Red chili with large chucks of beef, tomatoes, chilies and cumin. This is much thinner version with a hint of seasonings that is unique to this type of chili. The place has moved from its downtown Tulsa location to Route 66 (11th street) just outside town. It’s a step back to the past where “low carb” was about car engines and not good food.
The 3 stars really reflect that I'm just not a fan of their style of chili. I noticed there are many fans that do love it. However, our server was fantastic to our big group.
They are very Friendly and great people. I'm proud to call Len my friend. Happy 111th Birthday Ike's Chili !!
My husband visited ikes yesterday for a cup of the iconic chili, seen it on doiscover Oklahoma a several times.. Ill have to say it looked liked canned dog food with chilli seasoning ! My daughter and I wouldn't even try it...it was 10$ for A pint.. we live out of town and. BY the time we got back home.it had cooled and the grease had congealed on top and seeped through the outside of the cup...thank goodness they r close to a hospital.. 😆😆
I absolutely love this place! When I was a child my mother used to work here and we would come here after school ❤ Ike's is one of my all time favorite places to eat. Nothing but good memories here!
Ike's Chili. An iconic Tulsa restaurant whose chill NEVER disappoints.
This chili ranks right up there as best in Tulsa...I would say they nudge out ( barely) Ron's Chili as #1. Wow I cant get enough of their chili-cheese-fries with onions. The two chili chains I usually flip a coin as to which one I will go to...they are both superb. Thanks Ike!
I have reviewed Ike's before, I can never say too much. It's the Best there is, it's that simple. It's friendly and timeless.
